Fresh herring in the test
700 g fresh herring
60 g vegetable oil
Dough:
150 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 eggs
6 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
salt
Cleaned, cut and salt fish.
Rub the yolks with half the flour, butter and sour cream, add the beaten egg whites and remaining flour, stir and season with salt.
Dip fish in batter and fry on both sides in butter.
Before serving fresh herring in the test is decorated with greenery.
