Fried perch in the test
600 g pike perch fillet
2 glass vegetable oil

2 eggs
1,5 glass flour

Combine flour with milk and egg yolks, knead the dough, mix thoroughly, carefully enter the beaten egg whites.
The fish is prepared and cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper, pour a little flour.
In a deep frying pan or deep fryer, heat the oil.
Each piece of fish prick with a fork, dipped in batter and drop into hot oil, cook the fish to take out and spread so that the fat drain away.
