Casserole with blue cheese
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
130 g butter
1 glass milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
1 onions - head
5-6 parsley - sprigs
150 g blue cheese
1 pcs. egg
3 Art. l. breadcrumbs
White pepper powder, salt to taste
Boil the potatoes for a couple, clean hot, add 100 grams of butter and milk and stir.
Onion and finely chop the greens.
Cheese mash, mix with egg, onion and parsley. Connect the resulting mixture with potato mixture, salt and pepper.
In form, greased, put potato mixture, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and pour the remaining melted butter.
Bake until golden brown.
