Baked potato with cheese

Ingredients:

750 g potato

300 g zucchini

200 g grated hard cheese

1 onions - head

2 Art. l. butter

1 pcs. egg

350 g milk

ground black pepper, salt

Potatoes cooked in their skins, cool and clean, then cut into slices.

Clean zucchini (courgettes in the skin can not be cut), cut into slices.

Slices of potato and zucchini are layered into a greased form, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and a slice of cheese.

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Whip the egg with milk and onions.

Pour egg mixture vegetables, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in oven at 200 � C for 45 minutes.
