Potato gratin with mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
1 kg mushrooms, fresh or frozen
400 g milk

100 g cream
100 g cheese
2 pcs. egg
2 onions - head
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. butter
salt
ground pepper
chopped fresh herbs
Mushrooms and finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil while stirring for 10-15 minutes, add salt and pepper.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
Whisk eggs with milk and cream, add the grated cheese, salt, pepper and stir.
Grease a roasting pan with butter and place half of the layers of potato slices and mushroom stuffing. Lay the potato slices on top in the form of tiles, fill the egg-milk mixture and bake for about 1 hour at 220 � C.
Arrange finely chopped greens.
