Casserole with mushrooms
Ingredients:
150 g boletus
140 g bread crumbs
1/2 glass milk

20 g butter
50 g wheat flour
25 g cheese
pepper, white pepper, salt to taste
Mushrooms boil and finely chop.
Crumbs, pour the boiling milk and leave to swell.
Prepared crackers connect with mashed egg yolks, butter, salt and pepper, add the flour, stir. Then enter the frothed whites.
In the form, greased with oil, put the resulting mass, sprinkle it with melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until Golden brown.
Before serving, cut the pudding into portions.
