Cheese casserole
Ingredients:
250 g cheese
250 g milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
250 g beer
1 tbsp. butter
4 PCs egg
8 the stale bread - slices
1/2 tsp. mustard (powder)
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
Egg yolks, salt, cumin and mustard, pour the milk and stir. Cut the cheese into cubes, with bread, cut off crusts, 3/4 bread cut into cubes, add the cheese, pour the milk mixture, allow to soak and pour the beer.
Egg whites beat until the formation of a stable foam, combine the bread and cheese, put in a greased form, put the pieces of butter and sprinkle with crumbs from the remaining (1/4) of bread.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 �C. When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.
