Rice pudding with plums
Ingredients:
350 g figure
1 l milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. butter
3 PCs eggs
300 g plum
1 tbsp. the lemon zest grated
1 tbsp. wheat flour
100 g powdered sugar
vanilla sugar - to taste
salt - to taste
Figure blanch for 5 minutes, then pour the hot milk, salt, cook until tender and cool.
Proteins separate from the yolks.
Rice mix with butter, vanilla sugar, chopped plums, zest, egg yolks.
Whisk the egg whites with powdered sugar, add flour, stir, mix it with rice.
The resulting mass is put into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form.
Bake at 200 C until ready.
Casserole serve with jelly, jam or marmalade.
