Rice and cheese pancakes
200 g grated hard cheese
30 g yeast
3 eggs
2 glass milk

1 glass rice flour
7 tbsp. wheat flour
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve the yeast in 1 Cup of warmed milk, add flour and sugar, stir, leave for some time.
Separate the egg yolks from whites, RUB the yolks with the remaining sugar and salt.
After the mixture rises slightly, add the egg yolks, rice flour, melted butter, remaining milk, stir, remove to ferment in a warm place.
Separately from each other, whip cream and egg whites.
Before cooking the pancakes, put in dough whipped cream and proteins.
Pour the batter into the pan, buttered, with a thin layer, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake the pancake in the oven.
Put the pancake on a plate, sprinkle it again with cheese, bake in the same way the second pancake, put it on the first, brush with oil, sprinkle with cheese.
Put rice and cheese pancakes on each other by sopockie 4-5 pancakes.
