200 g grated cheese

2 glass milk

2 glass rice flour

2 eggs

1.5 glass wheat flour



2-3 Art. l. vegetable oil

2 Art. l. butter

1 Art. l. yeast

1 Art. l. sugar

1 h. l. salt

In a saucepan pour the warm milk, dissolve the yeast, enter wheat flour, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave to increase by 2-3 times.

After the increase in the dough add egg yolks, frayed with sugar and salt, as well as to introduce rice flour, add butter, milk, and mix thoroughly.

Separately from each other and whip cream egg proteins, after which they were carefully mixed and gently stir the dough.

Leave the dough so that it rose again.

Preheat the oven to medium temperature, heat the pan with vegetable oil when the dough is suitable, pour it in the usual way into the pan, sprinkle with cheese and put it in the oven and bake until cooked pancake, without turning.

After cooking the pancake to put on a warm dish, brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese again, after baking the next pancake put it on top, lubricate the same oil and sprinkle with cheese, thus making the stack on 5�-7 pancakes.

Before serving rice pancakes with cheese stacks to heat in the oven, cut into pieces a la carte.
