PANCAKES with cheese

1 glass flour

100 ml milk

100 ml cream

300 g cheese

From flour and milk and salt, knead the dough and bake the pancakes.

To grated cheese, add egg yolks, thick milk sauce, all mix well and RUB the mixture on the surface of each pancake. Then roll the pancakes up and put on a greased pan or baking sheet, pour the cream, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven.
