Pancakes stuffed with cheese and bacon
Dough:
500 ml milk

250 g wheat flour
4 eggs
2 Art. l. ghee
salt
Filling:
250 ml broth
250 g grated hard cheese
200 ml milk
80 g bacon
1 onions
3 Art. l. heavy cream
2 Art. l. butter
? Art. l. flour
? Art. l. nutmeg
white pepper
salt
Dough: Mix the eggs with salt, add milk and flour and mix.
Bake the pancakes on both sides of the melted butter.
Preparation of the filling: Cut the bacon into small cubes, finely chop the onions and fry them in 1 tablespoon butter, add the flour and fry for 5 minutes, to give mass to cool slightly, add spices, pour the milk and broth and simmer for all 7 minutes, then pour in the cream, add 200 g of cheese, stir and bring to a boil.
Put the filling on each pancake, roll pancakes rolls, put in shape, greased, put pieces of butter on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, bake pancakes stuffed with cheese and bacon at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
