Pancakes, baked with ham and cheese
60 g wheat flour

2 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
salt
120 g cottage cheese
50 g ham
50 g cheese
cilantro
pepper
parsley
grated nutmeg
Whisk the egg, cream, milk, flour and salt, cook the batter. Keep it for 1 hour and bake thin pancakes on a hot pan greased with butter.
Put the egg in the grated cheese, add nutmeg, parsley and pepper, mix well.
Arrange the filling on the pancake, roll their rolls. Put the pancakes in a greased form, sprinkle with finely chopped ham and grated cheese, and bake in the oven until Golden brown.
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
