Crepes stuffed with chicken and cheese
For the dough:
4 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
2 glass wheat flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
? glass vegetable oil
salt
soda (pinch)
For the filling:
400 g the pulp of boiled chicken
100 cheese
1 onions
2 tbsp. butter
salt
For the dough, whisk eggs with sugar and salt, then add half the milk and add the flour. Knead the dough until smooth mass, gradually pour in the remaining milk, at the end of kneading add soda and vegetable oil.
Bake the pancakes in a frying pan, greased.
To make the filling, chicken breast cut into strips, cheese to grate. Chop the onion into strips and fry in butter, cool, combine with chicken and cheese.
Put the filling on the pancake, roll their rolls. Warm in the oven for 2 minutes.
Serve with mayonnaise.
