Truffles from the liver and cheese
300 g chicken liver
100 g cheese
50 g white bread
2 eggs
2 garlic cloves
Clean, wash and boil until tender liver.
Cook hard-boiled eggs.
Connecting the liver with eggs, garlic and bread, add 20 g of cheese and cut all through a meat grinder, mix well, add salt and pepper, molded from the prepared mass balls of the same size.
On a small grater, grate the remaining cheese.
