Pancakes with fruit in batter
Batter for batter:
150 ml warm milk

2 eggs
1 glass flour
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
Pancakes:
70 g raisins
50 g peaches
5 pancakes
2 kiwi
? glass boiled rice
1 tbsp. sugar
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, the whites beat.
Combine all ingredients, egg yolks, knead the dough for dough, to enter gently beaten egg whites.
Cut kiwi, peaches, combine with other ingredients for the filling, stir.
Put the filling on the pancake, roll tubes.
Dip the pancakes with filling in the batter, then pancakes with fruit in batter fried in a pan with butter for about 5 minutes until Golden brown.
