Marmalade-jam from plums
2 kg plum
1 kg apples
1,5 kg sugar
1/2 lemon peel
cinnamon
Plum is cleaned from the seed. The cut apples, remove core. Stack layers, pour the sugar, add lemon zest, mixed with finely powdered cinnamon. Cook, stirring all the time until it forms a thick jelly, which lay in a box, lined with parchment paper.
