Apples stuffed with ice cream
4 Apple
100 g water
250 g Apple juice
the juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. marmalade red
200 g ice cream
Cleaned apples, cut off the tops and remove the core.
Apple juice mixed with water and lemon juice, add the sugar and bring to a boil.
Cook the apples in the syrup for 5 minutes, then remove, cool them.
Then put the apples in the dish, dry and put them in the refrigerator.
Mix the syrup with marmalade.
Fill the apples with ice cream, pour sauce and served immediately.
