Cranberry jam and apple
Ingredients:
5 kg apples
1.5 kg viburnum
5 kg sugar
With a juicer to squeeze the juice of Viburnum. Remove core apples, cut into slices of apples, cover them with sugar and a little boil until sugar is dissolved. Cool apple syrup, pour juice and cook cranberry again. Spread the jam into jars and roll up.
