Jam with viburnum
Ingredients:
5 kg apples
1.5 kg Kalina
5 kg sugar
From viburnum squeeze the juice through the juicer, pour into a separate bowl. From apples, remove core, cut into slices, pour the sugar and cook until the state when a drop of syrup ceases to flow. Then jam to cool, pour guelder rose juice, again to boil, put in jars, cover with plastic covers.
