Jelly of steamed viburnum
200 g Kalina
2 glass sugar
1,5 tbsp. potato starch
4,5 kg water
1 Melissa - sprig
Viburnum loop, rinse, berries separate from twigs, put in a bowl, add 2 cups of water, close tightly with a lid and parte in the oven for 2-3 hours at 100-120 �C.
Steamed viburnum RUB through a sieve, add 3 cups hot water, bring to a boil. In the glass of cold water dissolve the starch, to avoid lumps. Enter it in a thin stream, whisk in the broth and viburnum. Jelly and bring to a boil, pour into glasses or bowls and chill.
When serving, decorate with leaves of lemon balm.
