Compote of viburnum with apples
200 g cranberry (berry)
400 g apples
300 g sugar
2 l water
Take the berries of viburnum be cleaned of twigs and rinse well, better even scald with boiling water. Wash the apples, cut out the middle and cut into slices. Dissolve the sugar in boiling water. Berries and apples cook in syrup 8-10 minutes. Cool and serve.
