Jam cranberry-Apple
Ingredients:
1 kg cranberry
300-500 g apples
1.6-1.9 kg sugar
2-2.5 glass water
vanilla sugar - a pinch
lemon peel or a piece of cinnamon
Leave to cook jam cranberry in any way. Sweet apples peel and remove the core, cut into slices, blanch 8-10 minutes in boiling water. At the end of cooking, add in the jam sliced apples. Before the end of cooking add in the jam, vanilla sugar and cinnamon or lemon zest, grated. Pack up and store the jam in the usual way.
