Cranberry jam (2 way)
Ingredients:
1 kg cranberry
1.5-1.6 kg sugar
2-2.5 glass water
Half of the sugar to prepare a 50% syrup (1 cup sugar - 1 cup of water). Berries for 3-4 minutes dipped in boiling water, then transfer into the boiling .sirop. Stand in syrup 3-12 hours, then on low heat bring to a boil and add the remaining sugar portions. Cook until done. Pack up and store the jam in the usual way.
