Jam of honeysuckle
Ingredients:
1 kg honeysuckle
1 kg sugar
1 glass water
Jam is obtained by boiling sugar syrup berries in the fortress of 65-75%. Syrup in a jam should be separated from the berries. To do this, we must take the berries with strong skin, transportation and bulkhead made with caution. Berries pour hot syrup for 3-4 hours, then bring to a boil and cook a few minutes: further allowed to stand 3-8 hours of jam again and again cook, bring to readiness. Best taste has jam, especially from sweet- berries, sugar and berries in which 1: 1.
