Cranberry-apple jam
Ingredients:
1 kg cranberry
300-500 g apples
1.6-1.9 kg sugar
2-2.5 glass water
vanilla sugar - pinch
lemon peel or slice of cinnamon
Put jam cranberries in any way. Sweet apples peeled and cored, cut into slices, blanch 8-10 minutes in boiling water. At the end of cooking, add the apple slices in a jam. Before the end of cooking, add the vanilla sugar in a jam and cinnamon or lemon zest, grated. Pack up and store the jam in the usual way.
