Jam Apple in Bulgarian
Ingredients:
1 kg apples
for the syrup:
2 glass water
1 kg sugar
3 g citric acid
1 lemon zest of 2 lemons
1 vanilla sugar - a pinch
First, cook the sugar syrup and boiled until the average density. Peeled and core the apples, cut into small cubes and put in the syrup. Cook for about 30 minutes Before end of cooking, add the lemon zest and a pinch of vanilla sugar. Noted that the jam thicker, the better it is. Well brewed jam quite bright.
