Cranberry Apple pie
Required products:
400 g cranberries
16 g gelatin
400 g biscuits biscuit
2 tbsp. sugar
4 PCs the egg yolks
1/2 orange zest grated
200 g white wine dry
600 g cream thick
1 tbsp. pistachios chopped
Number of servings: 8
Cooking time: 1 hour + cooling
Gelatine soaked in cold boiled water. Egg yolks, sugar and zest whisk in a water bath and slowly add the wine, before the formation of thick cream. Add the drained gelatine and continue to beat the mass until the gelatin melts. Cream to cool, stirring occasionally, then connect with 50 g whipped cream and cranberries, stir.
The shape of the line film, put biscuits and fill with the prepared cream.
Cool the pie for at least 3 hours.
When submitting the pie out onto a plate, remove the film. Arrange the remaining whipped cream and cranberries.
