Yogurt cake without baking
150 g biscuits
100 g butter

650 g peaches
450 g yogurt
250 g heavy cream
100 g sugar
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 tablespoons gelatin
Lay a parchment shape cake, cookies crumble and mix with butter, put in shape, tamping, put into the refrigerator.
