Cranberry jam with pears
Ingredients:
1 kg cowberry
0.8-1 kg pears
1.2-1.4 kg sugar
Choose ripe sweet pears, peel them from the skin and remove the seed pods, for 3 minutes in boiling water omit. Lingonberry berries go, wash, dry, pour over boiling water. Cranberry jam until almost cooked, in the lower end of cooking pears slices. Ready to pour hot jam. Store in a cool place.
