Jam cranberry honey
Ingredients:
1 kg cranberries
700 g honey
a piece of cinnamon
3 clove - Bud
lemon zest
1/2 glass water
Berries go through, remove trash, wash, Pat dry. Blanch down for 2-3 minutes in boiling water to remove the bitterness. In the basin for jam add water, honey and cook over low heat until tender.
