Jam cranberry (1 way)
Ingredients:
1 kg cranberry
1.5-1.6 kg sugar
2-2.5 glass water
Ripe cranberries blanch for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. Then boil the syrup and add berries. Cook on low heat until ready at once, stirring gently. Cool, put in sterile jars and close.
Be stored in the cold.
