Jam made from apples from Aronia
Ingredients:
300 g apples
1 kg chokeberry
1.5 kg sugar
2 glass water
5-7 g citric acid
vanilla or cinnamon - to taste
Aronia berries lowered to 3-5 minutes in boiling water, cool in cold water and let drain shift in the cooking bowl. 2 glasses of water and 500 g of sugar syrup and pour over prepared fruit. Bring to a boil, boil for 3-4 minutes and set aside. After 8-10 hours of boil, add sugar. Apples cut into slices, peel and seed chambers. Slices dipped in boiling water for 8-10 minutes without bringing up of cooking. 15-20 minutes before end of cooking in a jam Rowan put the apples and cook until tender.
