Rice pudding with raisins and apples
500 ml milk
300 g apples
200 g carrots
200 g rice (long grain or Round)
100 g raisins
100 g sugar
100 g butter
3 eggs
1 h. l. vanilla sugar
cinnamon
Bring to a boil and pour milk washed rice, cook rice over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 20 minutes, remove from heat, add butter and mix.
On a medium grater grate the carrots.
Peeled, core the apples and cut the apples into cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon and mix.
Separate egg yolks from proteins, and to grind with an ordinary vanilla sugar yolks, add them to the rice, stir, add apples, carrots, pre-soaked for 20 minutes in warm water raisins mix.
Beat to a froth whites, add to the mix, mix gently.
In lined with baking paper or greased form put the cooked mixture and smooth it.
