Pudding with raisins
(In half a cup of rice)
1 glass rice
a glass of milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
glass part of water
2 eggs
salt, sugar, raisins taste
vanillin on the tip of a knife
crackers
sour cream
In boiling water, put salt, sugar, rice and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, then pour the hot milk and stir. Allow to cool slightly. Add bust, washed raisins, beaten egg with a fork, vanilla and mix again thoroughly all. Baking or frying pan brush with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put a lot of rice, flatten, brush with egg and sour cream and bake in the oven is not too hot.
