Rice pudding with apples or pears
Ingredients:
300 g rice
360 g apples or pears
600 g milk

510 g water
60 g sugar
30 g butter
34 g breadcrumbs
20 g sour cream
1 pcs. egg
400 g apricot sauce
Salt - to taste
Fig sorted, washed. In water, dissolved salt and half the rate of sugar, bring to a boil, add the prepared rice and cook at low heat for 15-20 minutes. Then pour in the hot milk and continue to cook until the liquid is absorbed into the rice, floated, close lid and evaporated under very low heat or in the oven until cooked. Grains of rice should be fully seethe and porridge thicken. In the finished porridge put oil.
Apples or pears peeled, seed nests, cut into slices and pour sugar.
Half of rice porridge even layer stack on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then stack cut fruits and re-close the layer of cereal. On the surface of a drawing, brush egg with sour cream and bake in the oven at 220 � C until golden brown.
