1 kg potatoes

600 ml milk

500-600 g fish fillets (cod, Pollock, hake and others)

100 g butter

50 g cheese

Pour 500 ml of milk in a saucepan, put the whole peeled onion, Bay leaf, bring the milk to boil, turn the heat off.

Put fish fillets in milk, leave on for 10 min, to remove the milk to drain.

Put in a pan 50 g butter, add flour and fry for a minute, pour a thin stream of filtered milk, constantly stirring, add the nutmeg, pepper and salt.

Boil and mash the potatoes, add remaining milk and butter, mix until pureed.

Put on the bottom of the form for baking sliced fish fillet, sprinkle with dill, pour on top of the milk sauce, sauce, put the potatoes, sprinkle with cheese casserole.

Prepared casserole with fish and potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until Golden brown.
