Braised in milk fish
1 kg carcasses hake, pollock and cod
250 ml milk

200 g mayonnaise
2-3 onions
bay leaves
pepper
salt
Cut the fish into portions pieces and fry a little, roll in flour, put in a low wide dish.
Chop onion half rings and fry it until golden brown, sprinkle the fish.
Lubricate the fish with onion mayonnaise, then pour the milk.
Bring to a boil fish, pepper, salt, put a bay leaf.
Until cooked braised in milk fish is brought in for 15 minutes on low heat.
