Poached in milk fish in Staraya Russa
800 g fish fillets
2 head onions
1 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
4 tbsp. butter
pepper, salt
Take fish fillet with skin, cut into serving pieces, place in a deep pan, put chopped onion half rings, add salt, pour in the milk (it should cover the fish on the third), add the butter and pepper, peas, simmered 20-25 minutes
Served poached in milk fish in old Russian with boiled potatoes drizzled with the sauce in which it was prepared.
