1 kg potatoes

400 g fish fillets

200 ml milk

200 g frozen peas

160 g cheese



80 g butter

1,5 tsp. black pepper

1,5 tsp. olive oil

Heat oven to 175 degrees, a baking dish greased with olive oil, put the sliced fish fillets, pepper and salt, pour a small amount of milk.

Peeled potatoes and put in pot with water, salt, bring to boil, at the same time put in the oven the fish, boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, then allow to stand, with the cover removed, in a saucepan.

Cheese RUB on a grater.

Remove the fish from the oven, drain the milk.

With potatoes, drain the water, add butter, pepper and salt, pour in ? milk, merged with fish, to make the puree, if too thick puree pour more milk.

Add the mashed peas, stir with a fork.

In a baking pan with the fish put a second layer of potatoes, cover with grated cheese, bake a pie with potatoes, peas, fish, and cheese at a temperature of 220 degrees for 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
