Fritters fish in the oven
150 g fish fillets
50 g cheese
1 egg
1 raw potatoes
1 Art. l. flour
greens
Cubes cut fish fillets.
On a fine grater rub the cheese and peeled potatoes.
Stir fries, fish and cheese, add the egg, flour and chopped herbs, stir again.
Share on baking tray baking paper.
With the help of a tablespoon put the cooked mixture to form pancakes out of it.
Cooking fish cakes in the oven for about an hour until lightly golden brown at 180 degrees.
