Fish baked with bacon
50 g bacon
30 g grated cheese
2 of the fish
1 lemon
1 onions
4 Art. l. broth
1 Art. l. butter

Prepare the fish, wash, dry, rub with salt and drizzle with lemon juice, remove 1 hour in the cold.
Finely chop the garlic, combine with chopped herbs, milk and grated cheese.
Form for baking grease, put the fish, coat it cooked garlic-cheese mass, top with thin strips of bacon, bake at 220 degrees for half an hour.
Finely chop the onion, saute in butter, then pour in the broth, put out all 10 minutes, pour the mixture for 5 minutes before the end of baking fish.
Served fish baked with bacon, garnished with potatoes garnished with lemon.
