Salad fish hot smoked-bacon
For the recipe You will need:
700 g smoked fish
50 g vegetable oil
100 g pickles
100 g onions
50 g smoked bacon
The fish is cut, remove the bones, fillets cut into pieces. Finely chopped cucumber, onion and bacon mix with the fish, season with butter, pepper. Add salt and stir.
