Salad with fish fillets hot smoked
Required products:
400 g potatoes
2 dill - beam
1 PCs cucumbers
150 g the natural yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
80 g smoked fish (fillet of hot smoked)
Boil potatoes in their skins, cleaned from skin and cut into cubes.
Dill finely chopped, cucumber cut into slices.
Fish fillets, cut diagonally into thin slices.
To prepare the sauce, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vegetable oil and dill.
The products combine, season the salad with the sauce and allow to infuse.
