Skewers of fish, baked in cheese
400 g cod fillets
200 g cheese
1 zucchini
1 sweet pepper
? lemon (juice)
ground black pepper
salt
Rinse the cod fillets under running water, a little dry out, cut into pieces 2-3 cm in length, sprinkle with pieces of fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper and leave to marinate.
Grate cheese, zucchini and peppers washed, remove all unnecessary, cut into pieces of 2-3 cm.
Strung prepared ingredients on skewers, alternating, again sprinkle skewers with lemon juice, put on a baking sheet and place the pan over hot coals on the grill.
Sprinkle with grated cheese skewers during cooking.
Also skewers of fish, baked in cheese, you can cook in the microwave, about 8-10 minutes.
Before serving, decorate with fresh herbs and lemon skewers.
