Skewers of fresh herring
8 fillet of fresh herring
2 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
4 Art. l. chopped dill
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
4 h. l. 3% vinegar
black olives
parsley
red pepper
salt
Cut the herring fillets in half lengthwise, cut it into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, vinegar and oil, pepper and salt, sprinkle with chopped herbs, finely chopped onion and garlic. Remove 1.5 hours in the refrigerator.
Bend the pieces of herring in half, strung on skewers, fry until cooked in the oven or grilled over charcoal.
Before serving, put on a platter skewers of herring, decorate it with greens and olives.
