Norwegian herring fillets with salad of young shoots of green
For this recipe you will need:
400 g Norwegian herring (fillet)
herring which to choose? we'll show
for the marinade:
4 Art. l. olive oil
2 Garlic - cloves
1 pcs. hot peppers
1/2 pcs. lemon (cut into slices)
1 h. l. ginger (fresh or pickled)
Salad:
20 g a mixture of young shoots (alfalfa, sunflower, soybean, adonis)
2 Art. l. honey
2 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. soy sauce
salt and pepper - to vkusudlya sauce:
5 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. shredded basil
1 Art. l. thyme
1 Art. l. pine nuts
2 Art. l. balsamic vinegar
6 pcs. cocktail tomatoes
salt, pepper - to taste
to decorate dishes:
1 basil and other herbs - beam
Put the pieces of herring fillets in the marinade and marinate for twelve hours. Washed shoots stir and sprinkle with honey sauce, olive oil and soy sauce. Pickled herring pieces to put on leaves of fresh basil on top and cover the salad of green shoots. Before serving, fill the dish sauce.
