Pickled herring with cherry sauce

150 g cherry juice

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

cumin

green onions

pomegranate seeds

This new year's eve appetizer will perfectly decorate the table, will satisfy all domestic and guests, unusual Christmas recipe herring.

Herring to handle and cut into filet pieces.

Onion chop into thin rings, put in a jar of herring, Prokaeva onion rings.

Juice and oil together, pour the mixture of herring and onions in the pot, adding cumin to give the dish flavor, clean jar in the refrigerator for a day.

Before serving Christmas buffet put the herring on a plate and garnish with onion rings, pomegranate seeds and chopped green onions.
