Salad "Norwegian"
Required products:
200 g the salted herring fillets
what herring to choose? we'll show
1 onion - head
1 PCs egg raw and cooked - on
2 tbsp. vinegar 3%
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. sugar
parsley
Herring fillet cut into cubes.
Onion cut into small cubes, spasseruyte in vegetable oil. Raw egg whisk vinegar, pour the onion and warm to the sauce has thickened.
Season with sugar, mustard and cool.
Prepared slices of herring put in a salad bowl and pour the cooled sauce.
Before serving, decorate with greens and sliced boiled eggs.
