The mushroom salad with herring
Required products:
150 g onion
3 PCs egg
100 g the salted herring (fillet)

50 g cheese
200 g tomatoes
200 g mushrooms fresh mushrooms
Mushrooms boiled, cooled and finely chopped.
Eggs are boiled and cut into cubes.
Tomatoes cut into cubes and lightly browned in parts of vegetable oil.
Onions cut into rings and fry in the remaining oil.
Herring pre-soaked and cut into cubes.
Wipe curd through a sieve.
The products are combined, seasoned salad with sour cream and decorate herring, egg and greens.
